A big concern with software like this is that it doesn't come with support. This is something that I wish this company had included. It's nice to have a lot of features that are free, but there has to be a support program so that the software can be more efficient and be able to give you more hours of use. This is all due to the fact that companies are now looking for ways to save money on things like meetings and conference rooms, so finding software that is going to save them money is of the upmost importance.
